  Bought a lot of things from 2nds world. But like everything else you get what you pay for. Make sure you see the guy with the pony tail. You have to know exactly what you want because you cant expect the sales guy to read your mind. They are very busy but remember loads of sales staff mean higher prices. As for delivery I have never had a problem. I bought a 10k washer and a 10 k dryer last Sunday at about 1.30pm from Cremorne. Each item was at a different warehouse. It was in my house at 3pm. I couldn't get it that fast if I went and got it myself. I have bought things from DJ's (very expensive and poor after service) Grace Bros (don't bother) The good guys (excellent)

  Convenient location and low prices with a surprisingly good selection of seconds appliances and household goods. The staff are efficient without being too pushy and they can deliver your purchase to your home or office for a small additional fee. I definately had a better experience when I was dealing with them face-to-face the day I made my purchase but was a bit disappointed when I spoke to the same salesperson that I dealt with in the store over the phone a few days later to ask a basic question about the TV i had purchased....The attitude I received was that he is only pleasant when your spending money, once the sales finalised the cheerful disposition disappears.

  DO NOT USE! WORST STAFF AND EXPERIENCE from any online retailer. I currently have a case lodged with ACCC regarding this company. Ordered and paid for a washing machine and was then told in an email 'sorry we don't have that machine it was an error listed on our website'. Several days of nightmarish 'customer service' back and forth and it was finally resolved unsatisfactorily. The reviews are true. Stick to Appliances online or another REPUTABLE retailer. Not worth the hassle.

  The service I received on the phone was frustrating. I couldn’t finish my sentences and I was constantly being interrupted.
  
  I had even finished talking about how I wanted to come in to view a fridge before the man on the other side of the phone was trying to shove a sale down my throat.
  
  Absolute nob!!!
  
  I ended up spending my $1,400 at Bing Lee instead at Balgowlah 100% better service on the phone and in person.

  Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Products are arguably worse than the staff. Do not go to this shop if you want an appliance that lasts more than a month, and don't want to be infuriated by their apathy when you report a problem.
